Meet the Team

Jordan's interest in real estate started in 2004, when he managed his brother's first rental property. That one property turned into two decades of hands-on involvement — renovations, fix-and-flips, and long-term rentals — alongside a 20-year career in the startup and corporate worlds. At a Fortune 50 company, he led the strategy and execution of over $1 billion in annual spend. When it came time to decide what the next twenty years would look like, he chose the work he'd been drawn back to since the beginning: real estate. PMI Key Bridge is the result of that decision — a property management business built to combine Jordan's passion for entrepreneurship with his long-standing love of real estate, and designed to grow alongside his young family.
The goal has been simple from day one: run it the way a serious investor would want their own property run. That means clear communication, documented operating standards, and an absolute commitment to protecting the owner's asset.
Jordan holds an active Virginia real estate license and is Asset Management Certified, giving him a working understanding of investment property operations, capital planning, and long-term asset strategy — not just the leasing side.
He backs that up with the organizational discipline of a career spent managing complex programs and cross-functional teams, and applies it to every property PMI Key Bridge takes on.
He and his wife’s family have lived in and around the DC region for more than 20 years and now call Alexandria home. They're active in local business networking groups, chambers of commerce, and community service organizations, and spend their off-hours traveling, exploring the region, and enjoying time with their extended family throughout Northern Virginia.

As Co-Owner and VP of Marketing at PMI Key Bridge, Megan leads the firm’s brand strategy and digital presence, bringing more than 15 years of experience across markets in New York, Austin, and D.C. She shapes how PMI Key Bridge shows up in the market—from the listings that attract high-quality tenants to the content that builds trust with Northern Virginia investors.
Megan combines a sharp eye for positioning with a focused philosophy: property management marketing should be straightforward, transparent, and owner-first. Working closely with Jordan and the team, she ensures every property is presented at a professional standard and that communication remains clear, consistent and reliable.
Her goal is to create a brand experience owners can trust—one that consistently leads to stronger performance, better-informed decisions, and long-term confidence in every property we manage.
Megan lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband, two children and senior dog – she enjoys yoga, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her happy little family!

David Peschio serves as our supervising broker through the PMI network — bringing 25+ years of Virginia property management experience to every property PMI Key Bridge manages.
